As an expert can I use the customer`s Username or First Name or Last Name in the greeting section of each response I provide to the customer? For example, if customer`s username is `jsmith12` and name is "John Smith", can I use the following greetings - "Dear jsmith12" or "Dear John Smith" or "Dear John", etc.,?

How do I make sure that my email program is not mistakenly treating AnswerGem emails as `spam` or `junk`? How do I make sure I get emails from AnswerGem?
